Audrey Anderson has had a diverse career working in the Oil industry but left to study for her Law Degree.
After graduating, Audrey intended to go on to train as a lawyer but a personal tragedy prevented her pursuing that course. Audrey worked for a number of years in the legal sector and left that a year ago to set up her own company, Firstcall Builders.

Sayeeda Warsi is a member of David Cameron's Shadow Cabinet and has been politically active from her early college days when she was elected as the Vice President of the Student Union. She was instrumental in the launch of Operation Black Vote in West Yorkshire in 1996 and she stood as a candidate in the 2005 general election. In June 2005, she was appointed a vice chairman of the Conservative Party with responsibility for cities. In June 2007, Sayeeda was appointed Shadow Minister for Community Cohesion and in October 2007 she was appointed Shadow Minister for Social Action.

Celine Loader graduated with a Masters Degree in Development Economics from Reading University , after which she worked for the software giant Microsoft for eight years, holding various middle to senior positions, including Strategic/Marketing Planning Analyst, Internal Communications Manager and Regional Product Manager (Africa & Middle East).
In 2003, she set up her own media company, Aspire Media Ltd, which launched the international glossy magazine ASPIRE - a premier lifestyle magazine aimed at a multicultural audience of upwardly mobile women of colour.
