Cllr Jason Stacey has been a councillor since 2002 and Leader of Ealing Council since May 2006 when the Conservatives took control.
Cllr Stacey completed a history degree at the London School of Economics, before receiving a Masters degree in Politics and Public Administration at Birkbeck College which he studied for whilst working.
He has worked at the National Audit Office, the Association of Town Centre Management and the Local Government Association.
Cllr Kris Hopkins
Kris was born in 1963 and lives in Oakworth, Keighley. He is married to Kersten.
A former member of the Duke of Wellington’s Regiment, Kris served in Kenya, Northern Ireland and Germany.
On leaving the Army, he completed a degree in communications and cultural studies at Leeds University before going on to lecture in media theory, communications and digital media.
In 1998, Kris was elected to serve his local ward of Worth Valley on Bradford Council.
He became portfolio holder for social services and council housing, before taking on the corporate portfolio.

This was followed by the Association for the Caribbean Food and Drink Industry called - Caribbean Cuisine Consortium (CCC) of which she is the director.

Deborah Bain is an award winning television journalist. She began her career at the BBC as a radio reporter before making the transition to television on Thames News.
In 1994 Deborah became the first black female national television news reporter on the ITV network and became a household name as key member of GMTV's on-screen team. Her versatility has enabled her to cover a wide range of ground breaking stories in the UK and abroad from politics, crime and social issues right through to showbiz and fashion..
Deborah has moved on from GMTV and continues to work in news and current affairs. She has also launched her own company producing radio and television documentaries.
