Mark Johnson
Mark is Community Learning Manager at Hampstead School, where he coaches Internet Professionals under the Cisco Networking Academy Programme. He is an experienced Project Manager, ICT coach, speaker, administrator, Technical director and Internet Professional.
Commercially he also developed Capacity Building activities that assist non-technical people and Small Business owners in tackling the maze of creating their own digital infrastructure “From the Classroom to the Boardroom”.

Marlene Cassell
Marlene’s career has soared from strength to strength since joining BL4L in 2002. As Head of the Transformational Change project team, Marlene successfully redesigned the working practices around the customer interface and created the new CRM system and was quickly appointed the Director of the Client Management Centre before being appointed Executive Director of Brokerage & Business Solutions.
Marlene was Vice President at JP Morgan and European Head of Liquidity & Investment at Citibank. She served on the Executive Board of the African and Caribbean Finance Forum from 1988 – 2000. In addition, Marlene project managed the International Profits from Diversity Conference in 1996 which launched the first Graduate and Professional Ethnic Minority Recruitment Fair (in 1998) which is now an annual event .
Marlene graduated with a MBA from The City University Business School in 1998 and is a Registered Representative of The Securities & Futures Authority.

Naheed Brooking, Founder of the Freedom Lifestyle organization.
In 1996, Naheed Brooking obtained a BSc in Psychology at University of Hull, in 1997 she moved to London where she met husband Michael Brooking. Together they founded a busy health clinic in North London which they ran successfully for 6 years. During this time they started several successful businesses including a mail order business and a training school. In 2001 she came across the industry of Network Marketing and learnt about the concepts of developing passive income for financial freedom. Naheed operates her Network Marketing business from home, whilst bringing up 2 young boys. |

Norma trained in litigation and conveyancing and has worked in these disciples for approximately 20 years. She is now a qualified Accredited Mediator (Civil); District Councillor (Chiltern) - member of various committees; Prospective Parliamentary Candidate (Newcastle); former school Governor; former Chairman of the Prestwood Conservative Society and still has time to manage her own property based businesses - Oppulent Properties; Oppulent Rentals & Oppulent Interiors, as well as launch her new business project - "Oppulence" - a shoe and accessory shop "with a difference".
Norma is married and the mother of 3 boys aged 22 (Craig), 20 (Dale) and 17 (Jules). Norma's motivation is "as a proponent of the ideology of "freedom of choice" Aspirations and dreams are one's most tangible assets, do not waste either of them or the opportunity to fulfil - we all aspire to be totally free". |

Patrick S. Frederick is the founder & Chief Executive of Aimex International which provides global corporate funding and advisory services to international clients.
Patrick is a member of the board and executive committee of the MENA-OECD Enterprise Financing Network (EFN) and is also on the advisory council of the Bahrain MENA Investment Centre. He is a board member of Hays Executive INclusion Network and a strategic adviser to the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Entrepreneurship. Patrick is also Chairman of Conservative Business Relations (CBR) for South East England and Southern London and Director of Business Affairs for the Boris Johnson Conservative Campaign for Mayor of London.
